Spider-Man May Have Marked His Exit From MCU, But Happy Hogan Aka Jon Favreau Is Still Optimistic
Spider-Man's exit from MCU left his fans heartbroken but here's someone who still has his fingers crossed.
Spider-Man is no more a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Yes, that hurts but it is true. Thanks to the disagreements between Sony and Disney on profit sharing, Spider-Man's character had to take an exit from the Marvel Cinematic Universe. However, here's someone who still has his fingers crossed. We are talking about Happy Hogan aka Jon Favreau. At the D23 Expo, he said that he is still optimistic.
He was quoted saying, "You never know what’s going to happen. I’m holding out hope and being optimistic that this isn’t the final chapter of the story between those characters." Well, we just hope that whatever he is saying turns out true and Spider-Man makes his return to MCU. Well, this may be about on-screen, but off the screen, Spidey aka Tom Holland is still very good friends with his fellow Superheroes.
Recently, Tom Holland shared pictures with Robert Downey Jr on his Instagram handle. The pictures instantly went viral as Tom wrote 'We did it Mr Stark'. A crying Spider-Man bid adieu to Tony Stark aka Iron Man aka Robert Downey Jr as he died in Avengers: Endgame by saying this line. It was indeed a sight to behold to see these two together. Such friendships are a blessing.
